Ryan M. Fawcett

Ryan M. Fawcett was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. In 2001 he received a B.A. in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Following college, Ryan worked as a counselor and educator in the mental health and special education fields. Ryan received his J.D. from the University of Idaho in December 2009, graduating early.

Ryan was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in April 2010, and is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. 

Ryan practices primarily in the areas of mortgage banking, real estate, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and business and commercial law. He is a member of the Real Property, Commercial Law & Bankruptcy, and Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Sections of the Idaho State Bar.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his twin daughters.
