Andrew V. Herbert

Andrew was born in San Jose, California and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has a B.A. in business administration with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. Andrew is also a licensed commercial pilot and has worked for a variety of air carriers in Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024. While attending law school, Andrew worked as an intern at the school’s small business clinic assisting local businesses with contract, entity formation, and trademark matters.

Andrew was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2024 and is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. He practices primarily in the areas of business entity formation, contract law, creditor’s rights, and real estate. He is a member of the Business & Corporate Law Section of the Idaho State Bar.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys camping, downhill skiing, rockhounding, flying small planes, and traveling.
